# ChatGPT Enterprise Adoption Workshop

> Turn access to a managed ChatGPT workspace into useful, governed team practice.

Teams build practical habits for projects, research, data work, reusable GPTs or agents and approved company context where available. Capabilities are confirmed against the client’s plan, region and administrator settings before delivery.

## What this program changes in practice

A managed ChatGPT workspace creates useful conditions for enterprise adoption, but access alone does not create consistent practice. Teams still need to decide how projects are organised, what good reusable instructions look like, when company context may be used, how a GPT or agent is evaluated and who owns improvement. This workshop turns those questions into working decisions based on the capabilities that are actually enabled in the client’s workspace.

The session is not a fixed sequence of demonstrations. The facilitator works with the team on Workspace habits and boundaries, Projects, research and data, Reusable GPTs and agents, using ChatGPT, Enterprise knowledge & workspaces, Agent Design Canvas when those systems are approved and available. Participants compare first results, make missing context visible and improve the work together. They learn not only which request works, but why an output is reliable enough to move into the next working step.

The value should not end when people leave the room. Exercises therefore produce concrete outputs such as Team workflow pack, Evaluation examples and review set, Governance decision log. They give colleagues a traceable starting point, show where human review is still required and make the next pilot smaller and more realistic. Optional follow-up work can build on those artefacts instead of beginning again with another general introduction.
